Alessandro joined 3DiS Technologies in 2014 as a research engineer.
Alessandro received the Masters degree in Electronics Engineering from the University of Modena and Reggio Emilia and the Ph.D. degree in electronics engineering in the frame of an European co-tutored program from the University of Modena and Reggio Emilia and the University Paul Sabatier Toulouse III in 2010 and 2014, respectively. During his Ph.D, he worked on ICs design for RF and millimeter-wave applications in CMOS and BiCMOS technologies. In 2014 he joined 3DiS Technologies where he is currently an R&D Engineer. His job responsibilities include the design and the realization of passive circuits and the development of new technology processes for 3D interconnects and packaging solutions.
