Thierry is co-founder of 3DiS Technologies. He acts as a scientific adviser where he brings its expertise in electrical engineering to help 3DiS with its research & development choices.
Thierry received the Ph.D. degree in electronics engineering in 1991 from Paul Sabatier University (UPS) in Toulouse, France. He joined the LAAS-CNRS in 1991, and since 2002 he is Professor in electrical engineering. He works on optimization and design of microwave integrated circuits (using either GaAs PHEMT, SiGe BiCMOS or CMOS technologies), as well as technological developments for innovative inductive components and interconnections.
